- Refunds and Exchanges: Due to hygiene reasons, we do NOT offer refunds or exchanges on our nail products.
- Mistakes on Nail Size or Design: In the unlikely event that we made a mistake on your nail size or design, you have a 14-day window to initiate a return.
- Available Options: Within the 14-day period, you may choose from the following options:
Store Credit: We will issue store credit equivalent to the value of the returned product(s).
Exchange: You can exchange the product(s) for an alternative item of equal value.

- Online Return Submission: Initiate your return by submitting the necessary details through our online portal (link provided here). Please ensure all required information is accurately provided.
- Review and Approval: Upon receiving your return request, our team will review the information provided. Once your return is approved, you will receive a follow-up email containing instructions for the return process.
- Return Conditions: To qualify for a return, the items must be in their original state and condition. We do not offer refunds, but store credit in the event that you received the wrong order.
- Inspection: After receiving your returned item(s), our team will carefully inspect them to ensure you did receive the wrong item. If we find that the item has been worn or damaged, or was not the wrong item we reserve the right to deny the return.
- Store Credit Notification: Upon determining that your returned item(s) are in good condition, we will send you an email with store credit information. This credit can be used towards future purchases on our platform.
- Processing Time: Please allow up to 7 business days for your return to be processed and finalized. Due to the high volume of daily orders, we cannot guarantee that your return will be processed on the day of receipt.
